About us
Mr. Abdul Sattar Shariff, Vice President of National Human Rights council of India, is a dynamic and internationally known human rights defender, peace activist, and social worker. His commitment to human rights advocacy has made AICHLS one of India’s foremost voices in this field.
Recognition: AICHLS is a duly registered society under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. We are recognized by the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate responsibility initiative.
Network: With branches across India and abroad, AICHLS has thousands of dedicated volunteers. Our reach extends from international committees to local wards, ensuring that our work touches lives at every level.
